‪‎लोकनायक‬ नें कहा कि सम्पूर्ण क्रांति में सात क्रांतियाँ शामिल है - 

राजनैतिक, आर्थिक, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, बौद्धिक, शैक्षणिक व 

आध्यात्मिक क्रांति। इन सातों क्रांतियों को मिलाकर सम्पूर्ण क्रान्ति 

होती है। "भ्रष्टाचार मिटाना, बेरोजगारी दूर करना, शिक्षा में क्रान्ति 

लाना, आदि ऐसी चीजें हैं जो आज की व्यवस्था से पूरी नहीं हो सकतीं;

क्योंकि वे इस व्यवस्था की ही उपज हैं। वे तभी पूरी हो सकती हैं जब 

सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्था बदल दी जाए। और, सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्था के परिवर्तन के 

लिए क्रान्ति, ’सम्पूर्ण क्रान्ति’ आवश्यक है।"

भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी मोर्चा राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष सह सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अधिवक्ता संदीप शक्ति ने कहा की देश को आज कार्यकर्ता की नहीं नेता की जरूरत है. उन्हाने राजनीतिक पार्टीयों से अपील की वे कार्यकर्ता नहीं नेता बनाएं. श्री संदीप ने कहा की हमारे आन्दोलन का उद्देश्य युवाओं को राजनीती में आने के लिये प्रेरित करना और उन्हें दक्ष बनाना है, ताकि वे भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ खुद लड़ाई लड़ सके. उन्हाने कहा की हमें अपने सपनोँ का भारत बनाना है. —

  NAME

The name of the Trust shall be "BHARASTACHAR VIRODHI MORCHA".

  PLACE

The principal office of the Trust shall be situated at 207, Tirupati plaza, Gali No.1, Shakar Pur, Main Vikash Marg, Delhi-110092 a rented place  or such other place as the Trustees may from time to time decide but such place shall be changed only after following due process of law for the time being in force. The Trust may also carry on its work at any other place or places through India or abroad, as may be decided by the Trustees from time to time.

OBJECTS OF THE TRUST:

To fight against exploitation, injustice and corruption if found against any individual, class, community in the society.

   To provide material, medical as well as financial help to differently abled persons (physically or mentally challenged children and adults) and take all possible steps to empower them.

    To  provide food, clothes, medical aid, and libraries to the general needy public.

   To make adequate arrangements and start the rehabilitation centers for destitute, widows, old men and women, poor beggars, orphans, physically challenged, blinds, deaf, dumb, mentally challenged, persons affected by natural and/or man-made disasters, persons affected by HIV/AIDS and for other needy people.

      To approach to the competent authorities or court/courts to safeguard the rights of the general public and for the public interests from time to time as the Board of Trustees may deem fit and proper.

   To take up projects and to create awareness regarding the importance of the sustainable development, environmental protection, climate change, environmental science and inclusive growth and to provide necessary facilities for the same.

      To organize seminars, group discussions, research and training programmes in the fields of sustainable development, environmental protection, climate change, environmental science and inclusive growth.

       To help and assist the needy aged persons

       To cater to the educational needs of the helpless, neglected and street children.

     To implement schemes of development on women, children, disabled/ challenged persons, aged persons, de-addiction, adult- education, mining, environmental studies, eco-tourism, public health, tribal development, environmental protection, sustainable development, drinking water, hygiene, disaster preparedness/ management, consumer awareness, family planning, trafficking, HIV/AIDS, vaccination and population development schemes of government / non-government/ international bodies. 

   

      To uphold the sovereignty and integrity of the Nation.

    To bring good governance through good laws and good  people.

    To eradicate corruption by getting rid of causes that creates Corruption.

     To optimize utilization of our human and natural resources for improving quality of life for all citizens.

     To provide basic education, livelihood and quality healthcare to all citizens.

                  To establish a system of ‘Affirmative Action’ for the betterment of the deserving 

                          sections of the society on economic criteria.

               To establish equal opportunity for the upliftment of all citizens specially the 

                     economically weaker sections.

             To work for the adoption of an effective National population control policy in order to          put an end to the Nation’s infinite problems.

      To follow independent Foreign Policy to make India globally strong.

   To put in place an effective and comprehensive national security policy to deal with the problem of Terrorism and cross-border infiltrations.

     To work for the reformation of criminal justice system with emphasis on Witness protection plan and speedy justice.

      To put an end to criminalization of politics and bring about electoral reforms.

          To secure the future of our youth by an effective education policy including

                        character building and harness their potential to transform India into a World

         heighten happiness among human beings, to lift mankind out of

           morass of mishaps and to give succour to suffering people.

           To forge bonds of friendship, good fellowship among the various

           segments, strata and sections of the people so that liberty,

           equality and fraternity may be established and strive to put an end

           to conflicts among castes, creeds, colour etc.

   To protect environment and forests against pollution and deforestation, make and keep surroundings safe for living creatures, to prevent the destruction of plants, trees and animals etc., plantation, soil conservation and to preserve nature in her pristine glory undefiled by human encroachment and exploitation.

To undertake relief and rehabilitation operations in cases of ravages, havoc and destruction caused by natural calamities like

a.   flood, earthquake, cyclones, landslides etc.

      To carry on all kinds of work that are of public concern and

              utility and that advances the weal and promote the welfare of

              the people.

        To undertake and impart education among the people in need and

             to do such activitiesfor the promotion of the education in general.

         To establish, maintain and grant aids to the children and women in

             need and support women & children welfare centres, widow centres,

             orphans, rescue homes and other institutions for relief to the poor

             and indigent people and to provide other relief.  To bring women in

             the main stream of national development as active members.

   To have living contacts with the world of politics in order to

         inculcate in it moral and spiritual values.

       To work for the development and promotion of all kinds of sports

             and youth welfare in the country and try to bring some name to

             the country in the field of sports and start some activities for

             development of young generation of the country.

         To identify and bring women’s and children issue in the country

             into the active agenda of the society.

          To bring awareness among people about all live issues concerning

              mankind like population control, cultural and educational

              aspects,health and other issues.

           To work for the promotion and development of culture and tourism

 in India and other parts of the world through various activities and programmes.

 To work for the promotion and development of rural development,

     to preserve cultural heritage, to protect antiques, rural artisans

     and rural industries through various activities and best possible

      manner.

           To work for the promotion and development of farmers and

agriculture in India as most of the people of India are dependent on agriculture.  To educate farmers and do some research and bring new technology and interact with other countries in the field of agriculture.

             To work for the upliftment and benefit of labour and poor workers,

bonded labourers, child labour and raises their problems and issuesat  the national and international level and work for their overall development.

    To work for the upliftment and all round development of the

      schedule caste and schedule tribes living in tribal and remote

        areas.

   To take up programmes for conservation of natural resources

      and to work for the preservation of wild life, ocean, rivers,

       mountains etc.

  To undertake programmes of awareness about public         

    distribution systems, consumers affairs, road transport and       social justice and to educate people about their rules, right and

      safety.

   To bring awareness among people about law and justice and to

     provide legal help in case of need and to arrange camps etc. to

      educate people.

      To interact / network with various national and international

       charitable organisations to share experiences and sharpen    focus and to do work together on any issue of welfare and well being of human beings.

             To take up programmes for child labour problems, adult

                 education, schedule cast and schedule tribe community

                 development and other social justice matters.

 To take up programmes for development of tourism and cultural activities at the national and international level and work for their overall development.

 To work for infrastructure, development maintenance and other development in Urban and rural areas.

.To interact with various national and international organisations to share experience on youth affairs, to work for development and awareness of youth affairs and sports, to organise programmes for development of youth affairs and sports.

.To make donations to other public charitable trusts / institutions recognised by any authorities in any states, national or international level.

To do all such things as may be necessary, incidental and conducive to the attainment of the overall or any of objectives of the society.

To constitute a good healthy society through religious and education and spiritual awareness.

To give financial help to poor, neglected, handicapped person who is totally dependent on others for their livelihood and the old neglected persons form their house and helpless widows.

To organise Yagya, Yog, meditation, satsang, Camps etc. for the development and upliftment of society.

To help the poor children by providing them books, and scholarship and to encourage them for education.

To organise Training, seminars, workshops, debates at state, national & international level.

To work for eradication of evils of the society.

To create employments through various programmes.  

To establish and manage schools, colleges for promotion of education both technical & non-technical education, establish hostels for students, donate and provide books to school and colleges etc.   

To publish magazine / books in the name of the Trust and to publish and distribute books among the general public, to develop and maintain the healthy thinking and atmosphere and for knowledge and awareness.

To work for the development of good society by encouraging brotherhood amongst the different sect of society especially the young through spiritual awareness and mutual understanding at both national & international level.

To provide public facilities by constructing / establishing and maintaining all the religious activities like temples, Gurudwara, Churches, Maszids and like activities, wells, Dharamshalas, and to provide drinking water facility. The trust is for all the religions and the trust supports equally for all religions for all activities.  

To promote positive images of India abroad.

To strengthen the relationship of socio-political and economical factors of India abroad. To strengthen, promote the relationship of India abroad.  

To work for the promotion and development of export and imports of goods and services.

To encourage human activities in good accordance with nature. To value and encourage the sustainable use of the five elements i.e. earth, water, wind, food and fire(energy).

To work for the promotion and development of civil aviation, shipping and surface and rail transport activities.

To work for the promotion and development of textiles, handlooms, sericulture and the like activities.

That the Trust will do all sort of acts, deeds and things and work and will help and seek help in developing the best environment to develop good society and a good country.

भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी मोर्चा (बीभीएम) की राष्ट्रीय बैठक में पत्रकार संघ, युवा मोर्चा व मजदूर एवं किसान मोर्चा गठित

नयी दिल्ली : भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी मोर्चा (बीभीएम) की राष्ट्रीय बैठक दिल्ली स्थित  लक्ष्मी नगर के  तरुपति प्लाजा में हुई. बैठक की अध्यक्षता मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष सह सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अधिवक्ता संदीप दुबे ने की. जबकि संचालन राष्ट्रीय प्रधान महासचिव इंजीनियर चंद्रकांत त्यागी ने किया. बैठक में उपस्थित सभी सदस्यों ने सर्वप्रथम संदीप दुबे को राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष व चंद्रकांत त्यागी को राष्ट्रीय प्रधान महासचिव पद पर दुबारा कार्य करने के लिए चुना. दोनों पदाधिकारियों ने स्वीकार करते हुए बीभीएम को नए तेवर के साथ चलाने का संकल्प लिया. बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी मोरचा (बीभीएम) की सदस्यता  किसी भी जाति, धर्म व राजनीतिक दल के लोग ले सकते सकते हैं. सदस्यता लेने वाले यदि विवाहित हैं तो पति व पत्नी दोनों को लेनी अनिवार्य होगी. निर्णय लिया गया कि बीभीएम देश भर में "मानसिक परिवर्तन से व्यवस्था परिवर्तन की ओर" कार्यक्रम आयोजित करेगा जिसमें लोगोें के बीच जाकर उन्हें सरकारी योजनाओं जानकरी मुहैया करायी जाएगी. साथ ही विधायक, सांसद व मुखिया द्वारा खर्च की गयी राशि की जानकारी व उनके कार्य व अधिकार के बारे में अवगत कराया जाएगा. बैठक में तय किया गया कि मोर्चा अपने सभी सदस्यों के साथ पारिवारिक संबंध स्थापित करेगा. इसके सदस्यों के जन्म तिथि के दिन मिलन समारोह आयोजित की  जाएगी, जिसमें भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी से संबंधित मुद्दे पर ही चर्चा होगी. नवमी के दिन बीभीएम डाॅट भारत के नाम से बेबसाइट लांच कर दिया जाएगा. एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया कि बीभीएम देश स्तर पर भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आंदोलन करेगा. जिसमें पहले चरण में भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त सरकारी कर्मचारियों व अधिकारियों पर व्यापक छानबीन कर उन्हें लोगों के सामने लाया जायेगा.. बैठक में भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी मोर्चा (बीभीएम) की तीन महत्वपूर्ण इकाई गठित की गयी जिनमें पत्रकार संघ, युवा मोर्चा व  मजदूर व किसान मोर्चा के नाम शामिल हैं. सर्वसम्मति से पत्रकार संघ का राष्ट्रीय संयोजक संजय पांडेय, युवा मोर्चा का राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अनुपम राहुल राज व  मजदूर व किसान मोर्चा का राष्ट्रीय संयोजक पवन कुमार को बनाया गया. सभी राष्ट्रीय संयोजकों को देश स्तर पर संगठन बनाने व पदाधिकारियों की नियुक्ति करने का अधिकार भी प्रदान किया गया. बैठक में राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष सह सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अधिवक्ता संदीप दुबे ने कहा कि बीभीएम अपने प्रशिक्षित कार्यकर्ताओं को भ्रष्टचार में लिप्त लोगों की व्यापक जांच पड़ताल करने के लिए लगा दिया है. भ्रष्टाचारियों को साक्ष्य के साथ लोगों के सामने लाया जाएगा. श्री दुबे ने कहा कि बीभीएम एक स्वतंत्र रूप से कार्य करेगा. भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने वाले चाहे किसी भी राजनीतिक दल के हों यदि चाहे वे हमारी मुहीम का हिस्सा बनना चाहते हों, तो बीभीएम में उनका भी स्वागत है. सभी की शक्ति जब लगेगी तभी कुछ ठोस  परिणाम सामने निकल कर आएंगे. श्री दुबे ने कहा कि बीभीएम की एक देश स्तर पर लीगल टीम गठित की गई है. यह टीम अपने सदस्यों को जरूरत पड़ने पर सेवा को हमेशा  तत्पर रहेगी. बीभीएम की इकाई पत्रकार संगठन में शामिल पत्रकार सदस्यों को उनके अदालती मामले में लीगल टीम द्वारा विशेष सहायता मुहैया कराई जाएगी. राष्ट्रीय प्रधान महासचिव इंजीनियर चंद्रकांत ने कहा कि बीभीएम के कार्यकर्ता देश भर में फैले हुए हैं जिसमें सर्वाधिक संख्या वकीलों की है. उन्होंने कहा कि बीभीएम के पास विशेषज्ञों की टीम उपलबध है. चंद्रकांत ने कहा कि जैसे-जैसे भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम लगाता जाएगाए हमारा देश बेहतरी को ओर बढ़ता जाएगा. उन्होंने देशवासियों से अपील करते हुए कहा की आइए हम सब मिलकर भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त लोगों का चेहरा बेनकाब करें. ताकि देश व समाज तरक्की की राह तेजी से आगे बढे. बैठक में अश्विनी कुमार, अनुपम राहुल राज, संजय पांडेय, पंकज मिश्र, मो. तौहिद आलम, पवन कुमार, नरेंद्र कुमार, नागेश्वर शुक्ला सहित कई सदस्यत उपस्थित थे.
